ORGANIZATION INFORMATION
Phoenix Rising Holdings, Inc. is a nonprofit organization located in Rancho Cucamonga, California. All references to “we,” “our,” or “us” refer to Phoenix Rising Holdings, Inc.
SERVICES PROVIDED
We provide community resource referrals, educational programs, advocacy initiatives, volunteer opportunities, and related nonprofit services. All services are offered on an individual basis. No service is guaranteed to resolve any specific concern or situation.
DONATIONS AND PRICING
Donations are voluntary and determined solely by the donor. Certain programs, events, or services may have fees that are disclosed prior to participation. If fees apply, pricing is determined based on program costs and operational needs.
PAYMENT TERMS
All payments and donations are processed securely through third-party payment processors. Payment is due at the time of donation or registration unless otherwise specified in writing.
LATE OR FAILED PAYMENTS
If a payment method fails or is declined, we reserve the right to cancel event registration or program participation until payment is successfully completed.
REFUND POLICY
Donations are generally non-refundable. Refund requests for event registrations or program fees may be considered on a case-by-case basis if requested in writing prior to the event or service date. Once services have been delivered or an event has occurred, refunds are not available.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Event registrations may be canceled by contacting us in writing. If cancellation occurs at least 48 hours before the scheduled event, a refund may be issued at our discretion. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before an event may not be eligible for a refund.
NO GUARANTEES
All resources and services are provided for informational and support purposes only. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and materials, is the property of Phoenix Rising Holdings, Inc. and may not be reproduced without written permission.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
